Creatine Monohydrate 1kg

Some creatines clump like crazy. This one dissolves clean in my shake or just in water. No grit at the bottom.

Some people complain about creatine bloat but I've had zero issues with this one. Just clean strength gains.

Creatine is creatine but quality and price matter. Ryze ticks both boxes. Won't be switching.

My personal trainer put me onto this brand for creatine. Cheaper than the big international brands, same quality. No reason to look elsewhere.

Sleeping better and recovering faster between sessions. Been on it for a month now.

Noticed better pumps in the gym after about 2 weeks. Strength is creeping up too. Solid product.

I just throw a scoop in my morning protein shake. Doesn't change the taste, doesn't clump, does the job.

Added 10kg to my bench in 8 weeks. Obviously training matters but the creatine is doing its job. Best supplement for the price by a mile.

I'm a runner and started taking creatine for the recovery benefits. Less sore between sessions and slight power improvement on hills.

You can taste when creatine has fillers. This is the real deal, just pure mono. Will keep buying.

1kg is a serious amount of creatine. At 5g a day this should last me 6+ months. Insane value.

When the bag arrived I was surprised at how big 1kg actually is. This will easily last me to the end of the year. Top value.

Up 4kg in 12 weeks combined with proper eating and lifting. The creatine is doing its part.

Tried switching to one of those fancy creatine HCL formulas and noticed nothing different except a much lighter wallet. Came back to monohydrate and it just does the job. Not switching again.

Don't waste your money on fancy creatine HCL or whatever. Pure micronised mono works and this is great quality.

1kg for the price of what other brands charge for 500g. Pure micronised creatine, mixes well, no fillers. What more do you want?

Goes in my protein shake my pre-workout my morning juice. Doesn't change the texture or flavour at all. As versatile as supplements get.

I work long hours at a desk and the cognitive boost from creatine is real for me. Less afternoon slump. Take it before lunch most days.

Did a side by side over six months. Three months on a £35 branded creatine three months on this. Identical strength gains. No reason to pay double.

The micronised stuff really does mix completely. I drink it down and there's nothing left at the bottom of the glass. Older creatines used to coat my throat.

Comes in a flat pouch through the letterbox so I don't need to be home for delivery. Sounds small but it's actually really convenient when you order regularly.

Bought a pack for my 19 year old son who's starting to get serious in the gym. He's noticed better numbers within about a month. Now I have to buy two packs.

Doing CrossFit and the difference in the back end of long workouts is noticeable. Can keep pushing when I would normally start dropping off.

Plant-based and creatine matters more for me than most because diet has none of it naturally. This one ticks the vegan box and the price box.

On my fifth or sixth pack now. Just works. I don't even think about which creatine to buy anymore - I just reorder this one when I'm running low.

I'd been stuck at the same deadlift number for nearly two years. Started taking this consistently and broke through within about six weeks. Maybe coincidence but I doubt it.

Just creatine monohydrate. No additives no fillers no marketing fluff. Exactly what creatine should be.

I take it as much for the cognitive benefits as the gym stuff. Less foggy in the afternoons especially on busy work days. Underrated benefit.

Heard horror stories about creatine bloat but I've had zero issues. Stayed lean and just feel stronger. Drinking plenty of water probably helps.

Training five days a week and used to need a full rest day where I couldn't even walk properly. Recovery is markedly better since I started this.

Took the teaspoon every day and it stretched exactly to 90 days. Honest portion sizing which is rare in supplement world.

I don't want my creatine to taste like blue raspberry. Just want pure powder I can stick in my pre-workout shake without messing with the flavours. Perfect.

Was paying nearly double for a branded creatine that did exactly the same thing. Tested both back to back and there's no difference. Saving a fortune now.
