Shipping policy

At RyzeLabs, we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your products.

Australian Shipping Rates 

  • FREE for orders of $50 or more

  • $9.95 flat rate shipping for orders under $99

  • $15 flat rate for express shipping for orders under $99

  • Express shipping for orders of $99 or more, is $15 minimum and is calculated based on distance and weight

External Australian Territories Shipping Rates

  • $15 flat rate for express shipping

Dispatch

Dispatch is approximately 2-4 business days.

  • Our warehouse is in operation from 9am-2pm Mon-Fri. 

  • You will be notified by email (and, if selected, SMS) and your tracking number will be supplied.

  • If you have downloaded it already, your tracking details will automatically be sent to the Australia Post App.

Tracking My Order

The best way to track and manage your order is with the AusPost app. Simply download the app and log in with the same email address you use when purchasing from us - your order will be automatically added to the app for tracking. You can also receive updates about the delivery via the app, and you'll be able to update your delivery preferences once your parcel is on the move.

Delivery

You should expect your Ryze delivery in 5-7 business days depending on your state.

Please note: Peak business periods can cause shipping delays. If you have concerns with your delivery, please refer to the Australia Post App and/or reach out to our Customer Experience Team if you have any further questions.

  • Safe Drop: If you're not home when your order arrives, eligible parcels will be left in a safe place. If there's no safe place to leave your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office or a 24/7 Parcel Locker for you to collect.
  • Collection Points: You can collect your parcel from one of Australia Post’s 4,700+ collection points, including a Post Office, PO Box or free 24/7 Parcel Locker. Get the AusPost app to register for a collection point.
